AUSTIN & MANU
This Dynamic duo has been married since 1986 and a love
for food has gone on for much longer! Let'm Eat Bräts came

April started at Let'm Eat Bräts in late 2013 and has been bringing the laughter since day one! April had a Featured Monthly Brät named after her, "April in September", a concoction of her own creation which was a huge success.
She is a mother to both two-legged and four-legged children, an avid reader, an imagineer, and a much appreciated addition to our brätwurst family.
Brittany is the eldest child of Austin and Manu. She can be seen in the truck during events and occasional weekends, but mostly her work is behind the scenes. She is the tech savvy one with a BA in graphic design, coming up with all the artwork for the food truck and its website. Brittany likes to travel, reread favorite books, and continue in her efforts of making her cat internet famous with #meatballtheamazing. Brittany is extremely proud of her mom for following her dream.
AJ is the youngest of the family but coincidentally the tallest, which makes it tricky for him to work on the truck. Therefore,
he helps with the mechanical aspect of keeping the truck maintained, helps with some of the manual labor, and always talks the truck up to his buddies. In his free time, AJ likes to tinker on his car, go off-roading, and explore the flavors of the world. AJ loves his family and could not be more thrilled about the next adventure in their lives.
Lisa is Manu's mother-in-law, the food truck social butterfly, and helps out when we get short-handed. She is also a school bus driver for the public school system here in Wichita. Lisa keeps the laughter alive in the food truck and is extra giggly when April works with her. She is incredibly proud to be part of this adventure and is excited to see what all comes next!
